If they want their money back fast like a flip then let them flip it and you buy it as a primary residence with a conventional or fha mortgage.

Best advice to you would be to use that VA loan as many times as you can and buy primary residences for a year, rent them out and then buy something else with the VA!

,I have sold and been managing properties that are near the MIA and haven't had any complaints from residents who are living in them.
