Real estate has become very popular over the last few years so  a lot of new investors have entered the space and unfortunately there are a lot of people selling overpriced regurgitated information to uninformed new investors. 

You are regurgitating all the old talking points for why owning rental properties have advantages, but miss the most important point.

cold calling, driving for dollars, DMM.So explain this to me, and STOP regurgitating all the crap everyone keeps saying.How Do You Expect To Be A Successful Real Estate Investor When You Are Doing The Exact Same Thing As 97% Of The people That Failed Are Doing?

Everyone can regurgitate Bagley, University District, EEA, etc. and tell you those are "good" places to buy.
