We got out of condo conversions couldn't really sell any of them and transitioned to ground up development of single family homes and three story walkup triplexes on a build to rent model which is much easier for us to manage and our exit isn't a sale it's just a refinance. 

I'd also ask if you've confirmed with the agent the seller will consider only selling you 4 of the 6 (unless you have someone else that will buy the other 2)?

The law doesn't say "you have to be selling". 

Put new tires, clean them up with 10k then sell them for 100k. 40+% on your money.

Probably every dialer company has lists they can sell you.I think it is better to call yourself vs using cold callers. 

This is perfectly fine if you are going to be living there a long time, but I see people who use a home as a stepping stool home to a larger home in future and make it very customized to their liking but then when try and sell it, it does not appeal to the masses.

Over the past few months the landlord has been trying to sell the property but nobody has actually bought it.

@Justin Smith wouldn't do it.Why is he willing to sell you this SPECIFIC rental and not another?

Most also work off of call lists that are incredibly outdated, so anything you do today likely won't have an impact for a while....I received a call from an idiot on Tuesday wanting to know if I would sell a piece of land.
