So then my question comes back around of: it some random flipper is offering them 50-70% of that and I can match it, then have I not done everything in my power to do my best for them yet I can still procure the property without them sacrificing anything.It seems as though most responses are ignoring that the family wants it gone ASAP.

Our lease converts after a year to MTM and if it happens to expire very rearely had I tenants move out in the middle of winter - they rather stay a bit longer and move in spring.

You claim no debt on the portfolio, and since there is probably no feasible way to earn that 1.8MM net in your day job, you would have had to be procuring properties for dirt cheap, putting almost nothing into them, and having them appraise at that 150k value.Not calling b.s. on this, just saying that the numbers are suspect, unless you're able to source 10+ deals at rock-bottom prices and put almost nothing into them in renovation costs.
