The most accurate dataset for investors looking to be market pre-delinquent property tax accounts, and non-owner occupied properties.
Pre-Delinquent Tax Account – A real property county tax account that has a balance due. These are not delinquent taxe accounts. If not paid in full by October of this year they will become delinquent tax accounts, and added to the list published by the county.
Non-Owner Occupied Properties – (aka Out-of-State Owners, Absentee Owner)
A property owned by a person not living there.
csv or Excel spread sheet containing the complete Anderson county tax assessors data set of over 117,000 properties current as of 2/26/2020. This data contains all currently paid and unpaid property tax account information, assessor information, owner information, and property location.
