Outside of the US this is normal practise but I feel this is not in the US.

Plop up yurt's like a smurf village, make some jv's with things like goat-yoga (yeah, it's a thing), maybe some yogi's, and STR the place.

I do this with my place, 3br but 1 is an office with some free weights yoga mat and it does really well.
