LAW regarding contacting seller

Mo Ahmad
Posted

Hi,
This question might sound rookie but that is how one learn and grow.
I wanted to verify if there are any laws that restrict a buyer from contacting a motivated/unmotivaed aka ALL SELLERS.
I can simply contact them via phone call?
Looking foward to hearing back from you.

Quote from @Bill B.:

All forms of automated calling of people on the DNC list has been illegal for a long time. (You know, the recorded messages and texts you get 10 times per day.)

I wish they got charged if we answer but don’t speak or get charged for every time we reply to a text that’s in broken English!
