First batch with postcards using first-class, then follow-up with yellow-letters using standard mail.

Our letters seem to really stand out from just a generic post card.

Hi BP,I am cold calling a list but now have the idea that my results will come faster if I drop off a postcard or some sort of note when I find a house in poor condition or foreclosure and have them call me and then cold call them 2 weeks later if I get no response.

So I have my new fancy post cards, stamps, and the tax delinquent list (this is in Michigan).

ive used CRMs like Eedge with Keller williams that will send postcards out automatically, but havent been able to find any CRMs that will send letters out automatically.I've used yellowletters.com in the past, but every time id have to manually upload the doc that i want them to mail to

Personally, I tell everyone that I know that I am looking for people who are behind on their mortgage, behind on taxes, they have a rental property that they dont want or inherited a home that they do not want.I also send postcards to lots of people every month. 

Send a postcard that has to be returned - that would also be easy to set up a false listing and a PO box.

Seminar rolls through, more postcards. 

I am in a competitive market and I can only assume that with all the letters these homeowners are getting, my mail is just another one going into the trash (regardless if it is a yellow letter, business letter, zip letter, greeting card, post card, or lumpy mail). 

Those are generic and dozens of people mail them they same crappy post cards and letters over and over again.Your market is different.
