Wholesaler D4$ Postcard/Note Template

Hi BP,

I am cold calling a list but now have the idea that my results will come faster if I drop off a postcard or some sort of note when I find a house in poor condition or foreclosure and have them call me and then cold call them 2 weeks later if I get no response. I think this because I have more power when the seller calls me versus the other way around. 

Also if you have a good site to buy bandit signs from and recommendations for what to put on those please go ahead and let me know!
