I have been an avid listener of Bigger Pockets podcast since 2020 and am very hopeful I can finally begin my real estate journey sometime this year either in state or out of state (or Both!)

I just heard about Hemlane in a podcast.

I believe this would make for very interesting news coverage on our blog, YouTube channel, podcast, and social media.

Another is the podcast The Loonie Hour, which addresses investing in Canada in general as well as real estate - one of the "three amigos" on that podcast is a local realtor. 

I have read so many books, read so many posts on here, and have listened to so many podcasts.

You could absolutely save the money and over time, learn everything I learned by listening to podcasts, reading books and watching youtube videos (except having the regular check ins with a mentor).

I would recommend listening to his podcast episode on the L3 Leadership Podcast with Doug Smith.Also, this post was over 3 years ago.
