This has never NOT paid off for me. 

Keep looking for a tenant - also have they already paid you through the end of he lease or you still have to collect ?

Let me know what experience you have and what monthly cost you paid for these utilities. 

Goal would be to acquire 20 rentals by the age of retirement, with some already starting to be paid off.I am in the same boat as you, and I focus on safe appreciation all day (small cash flow for safety and then focused on markets on that appreciate). 

The tenant has not paid anything since April 2024, effectively staying in my property for free for four months.

Since the house was fairly new, there were no major expenses other than the cosmetic things we did.

When you say similar pay do you mean amount or will you also be paid the same?  

Rental homes - especially paid for ones - are a good retirement supplement, or even plan if you have enough of them to offset vacancies & expenses.

One thing that I REALLY hate is that most of this Lawyers have great structures and setups...but very expensive packages that include entities that are not necessary.More info tomorrow.
