Spend the day listening and you will quickly move from novice to informed investor.

I am also a very novice options trader, and barely making any money with that... but I understand that is long term project that will feed me and my family plenty in the future; just like real state investing.My goal here is to meet like minded people.... and I know there are plenty, but they don't know who I am, why I want get into this business.

I want to get back on here and add value as I'm still a "novice" investor but the last 5 months have been extremely educational.

This is dangerous advise to give to novice investors.

My experience is seller bail when they realize what the actual $$ is that they will walk away with.... the novice seller thinks "I owe 100k and its selling for 162k, so I'll get a check for 62k"...... nope.....you wish...When they see that final $$, it hits them that's it not nearly what they though it would be and they wont have enough to actually do what they had planned to do.....

Being a novice at development of MHP's my assumption was ( as in most new developments ) is if the land cost is very inexpensive then it would usually work.  

As a novice the rental markets appear extremely strong.

Of course, I am a novice in this field and am still trying to fully understand RE, which I am sure will take a few years and a few deals, so much of what I am saying and understand so far can be wrong. 

Forgive me as I am a novice to this and I need to hear personal experiences.

We not only bring experience, we may even bring resources, potential partners, and a wealth of knowledge that can be transferred to those that need it.2) The Novice Investors or Investors that can benefit from the knowledge of the Experienced Investors.The Experienced Investors brings a LOT to the table.The Novice Investors DON'T.Experienced Investors are judging whether or not to work with Novice Investors.
