Is the surrounding community viable enough that in most 3-5 yrs you see rents increasing?

Lancaster used to have alot more crime 20 yrs ago and it turned and now im seeing the same things happening in Reading not to mention we know the rental market there has been amazing we get great tenants who pay only 1 or 200 month less than apartments rent for in lancaster.

An atty told me i may still not receive it after 10 yrs.

The roof is serviceable, but likely has 5 yrs or less of life. 

@Joey BudkaWell there are huge companies with programs UNLOCK, HOMETAP, POINTThey have been doing these equity sharing deals at least ~~8 yrs now

About 680 per month after 3.5 yrs it would be just cash flow . taxes on the property are low.

This is a group with 17 yrs of experience as a company, but the founders worked in the industry for over 20 years prior to that. 

Hi Chris -  My company specializes in helping homeowners navigate state housing regulations.If your life circumstances change and you move out before 3 yrs is up, you will not be penalized.

We are wanting to find investors who would like to enter the Moscow real estate market with a partnership in a business model that has worked for over 4 yrs. 

@Jay Hinrichs Thanks for the advice but I have quite a few years experience but because I was ill for several yrs I lost everything.
