Last summer we finally found a property (12000 sqft, 3 story, masonry/brick building with 45 car parking lot) and will hopefully be closing on it this month pending any Covid-19 delays.The last 4 weeks have provided more time at home with my family, thanks to the social distancing requirements in NY, and I'm trying to find a way to make this more of a norm than an exception.

Not sure if furring strips and masonry nails is the way to go.About the floors I was planning to go with a luxury vinyl plank because I know how easy they are to install and they are cost effective too.

The stucco itself is not falling off and seems to be in decent mechanical shape with quite a bit of chalking.I would like to coat this old stucco so that it spruces you the look of the siding and adds a water resistant but breathable layer.I’m considering either painting it with a masonry paint like what Home Depot sells (Behr brand) or applying an acrylic stucco finish.
