We’ve been lending since 2010 and have never had a loan contested.

The two-count indictment charges them with conspiracy to commit wire fraud affecting a financial institution and conspiracy to submit false statements to a federally insured financial institution.

FYI, most of my CFO clients borrow from HMLs that will lend up to 100% of their rehab costs. 

@Angel Perez  You should also check out smaller local banks and ask to speak to the commercial lending department. 

However, I’d love to hear insights from the community:1.Are there specific lenders or institutions you’d recommend that cater to international investors?

Loads of information on the forums and BP tools for you to expand your knowledge or find just about anything.I am on the lending side of things and am always happy to talk shop with investors looking to learn more about financing options out there, even if not in my resource pool.  

Conventional would allow you to add a fence or do yard work in your bid.I cannot lend to you personally in MA but happy to answer any general questions about the 203k or other Renovation loan programs!

If you want to develop it, I can refer you a lender that will lend on a completed subject to appraisal but you'll be limited if you just want it for the lot.If you simply want the land as part of your property, you have more options including a HELOC which you can still use for development down the road. 

I do engagement marketing in a trades focused field lending me to having very good relationships with tradespeople whom I consider friends- and I trust thoroughly.
