In terms of our industry, the leadership that we are are seeing from the two powers - VRBO and AirBNB - is that they are washing their hands of even refunding guests who purchased trip insurance insurance. 

Why would I move to a city where the majority of the industry is UNION, and I would be last on the totem pole to find a good paying job?

Maybe it’s time for a change of leadership/ideas

There will be buying opportunities in pockets but I believe that lessons learned from the past have strengthened our systems and we shouldn't see 2008 again unless our leadership (Congress & the Executive Branch) screw things up more than they already have.

You'll likely start as the low man on the totem pole, which means that you'll be getting paid accordingly. 

I mean obviously other things are a factor but their leadership might be the “bet”

Not enough, and very late, absolutely poor leadership (last month) and currently.
