Orlando is literally built for STR as you won't have to get wrapped up in learning and keeping up with regulations and nosy neighbors, I'd be happy to talk to you about that more.Florida in general has always been very attractive for landlords due to friendly landlord laws, constant flow of new residents, weather, pricing compared to many other large metros, always growing economy and endless hospitality/service jobs that feed the rental market.

Same with the unemployment rate.Your cynicism is noted and you really must live a miserable existence thinking everyone is out to get you.I answered your question and lent pointed direction, your response of wanting it spoon-feed to you on a silver platter "or else" whatever theory you dream up is "true", well I simply reject that. 

I was planning to do a single meter panel combo 200A and feed the ADU off that but I'm now trying to figure out whether I need to have a separate meter because if I don't do it now I'll probably have to rip it all out later!

But you seem to neglect the resources that it takes to feed these machines.
