I'm curious how some of you found your brokers and what the process was like of interviewing? 

What questions should I be asking, what should I be looking for and what should I watch out for as a future investor while searching and interviewing sponsoring brokers?

When I'm interviewing agents the first few questions are what title and escrow do you prefer. 

I also did an initial telephone screening/interview and check references.
