The more I learn, the more energized I feel about my decision to get into this in the first place. 

Hello, we are looking for a small job putting in and energizing an HVAC that we have bought due to a short timeline, anytime next week will be the most convenient, or next weekend.

It energizes me to learn from the ground up.

Just wanted to share this newbie's experience from last night...feeling energized and excited about the possibilities in this industry, and about the wealth of great people and information-sharing here on the Bigger Pockets site.  

I manage to listen to 2-3 podcasts per week and they help me stay focused and energized to accomplish my real estate investing goals.

I like that there's a diverse employment base here between the hospital and plenty of light manufacturing inside a 30 minute commute- NSK Steering Systems, Kaman Composite Structures, Energizer Battery, Mack Moldings.
