Also, ask around at some of your local real estate clubs.I’ll add, as @Brian Eastman noted in his excellent post above, that if you are self-employed, you can dispense with all of this by opening a self-directed 401k plan.

There are also bad smelling dispensers that can turn off in the morning when your workers get on site that can make it tough to stay during the night.  

@Sam Dal,Can you take some drinking straws or some other plastic tubing and use that to extend the dispenser and fill the hole with some kind of expanding foam barrier?

They dispense whatever fits in the container and allows you to optimize for your local tenants/market.Anyowne have experience with these machines?
