I quickly got some wire fencing and metal posts and installed a fence like my hair was on fire.2 days later he came over. 

You need to make sure condo rules do not state only a certain percentage can rent out the units they own.You might want to wait for a property that has less (hair) on it as we say in the business for your first one.

Maybe I've only dealt with larger complexes where they take their time prepping the unit prior to a new tenant moving in, and not letting someone move in with the old tenant's hair still in the bathroom sink.

Also, if you can, get a second job or some kind of side hustle (legal of course, like cleaning common areas, cutting hair, cleaning homes, etc.) and use that money solely for paying of debt OR saving for a down-payment, making sure you put it in a high-yield savings account, so it can grow interest while it sits in there......no taking anything out of it. 

If you go a little further west you will find buildings with a little more hair on them but a lot cheaper.

At 30 years old i'm seeing more gray hairs in my beard then I'd like but you can't make this kind of stuff up, lol.

here are reasons I was suspect of this tenant:teenage kids all had bad, uncut, unshaven hair, and clothes looked like Walmart status - remember, this is S.

If you are doing the work yourself then be ready every time a guest cant get in, propane has to be refilled, extra sheets were needed and cant be found, they had a dog that you didn't know about and there is hair everywhere and you have a guest checking in, they smoked weed or cigarettes in the home and you cant get the smell out, the sewer backs up, the dishwasher breaks................ good times friends!!
