Airbnb in Colorado Springs

I sold a few items on craigslist to a guy who was setting up a house for airbnb here in Colorado Springs. He was absolutely divulged in the idea of Airbnb he even showed me some of the paid programs and seminars he attended. He created some interest and I said I'd follow up with him a down the road, I never heard back. What is your take on Airbnb here in the Springs?
