I plan to pop the top, build an addition as well as a carriage house to offset the costs of the construction loan.   

One other thing you could consider, is that savannah has a lot of carriage houses downtown. 

The WORST place to also get this information is from “guru’s” selling you these fancy corporation document packages as it’s like the car dealer selling you under carriage protection.

Another nice move over here is to purchase a property that has carriage house development potential.

I would change out the garage door to one with stylish windows a or carriage house type with interesting design.

We recently bought a home in a high income/ownership historic area where carriage/back houses are pretty common.

Even read some entries on this forum and I seem to keep getting conflicting answers.I'm looking to make an offer on a property in GA, it's a tri-plex (two 2br units and a carriage house).  

We always planned to acquire more but life and other projects ( carriage house renovation - another rental though!) 

Dear BP people,I’m a new investor and had recently purchased my first deal, a multi-family house in class A neighborhood I’m my area, the property is an original charming duplex building on the front with another smaller unit on the carriage house.

This is a 4-unit condo, he is renting the end unit and shares a wall with 2 other units (there is a “carriage” unit over the garages).
