Hello Everyone!

My name is Matthew Marini and I am from Buffalo, NY, born and raised.  I have been a non active member of BP for a couple months, but I have always used BP as resource for answers.

I got into real estate in 2007 after constantly watching the "flip this house" shows and thinking "how hard could it be?".  (ah.... to be young and naive). I purchased my first flip that year and loved it.  There was a lot of learning and struggles, but it was successful.  That project started me down a path of having a passion for real estate.

I continued to flip part time for a couple years and it was very successful.  I made a decision to stop flipping when I started a new career in 2012, but I always missed it and I continued to stay on top of the local market.

My background is in retail management and most recently, auto dealership operations.  This experience has given me the ability to budget projects, understand cash flow needs, and really all things business related.  

In 2015, I made the decision to be happy and take on real estate full time.  I have since become a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Keller Williams Realty and am currently working on my second flip since leaving my job in mid 2015.  

My wife and I are currently business planning for the future, and we have our sights set high.  We look forward to making new friends in the BP community, while continuing to grow our business.
