I keep 3 full propane bottles on hand so we can rotate them as needed.

The only thing I might do next time is bring a bottle of hand soap and paper towels and ask them to wash their hands upon entering.

Even putting a funnel and a bottle of white vinegar in the AC closet helps.

Also, if you seal the grout(comes in a squeeze bottle, 2-3 coats) it will stay clean/cleanable.

In your case, the lender will be the bottle neck if you friend is a good friend.

Finding that in every deal, well just pass me the whiskey bottle and I will take a swig with you.

A couple can split it between them & the now slightly envious wife gets her 30mins.In fact one of the wives is now a steady client because of her migraines, apparently the little masseuse has magic hands.We are also doing this for older family members instead of the proverbial good bottle of wine etc.

That is what I have seen on the moving picture box.Seriously, I would wait for him to leave to go shoplift his next meal, pan handle, get his next fix, another bottle of wine, to go study at the law library...

@Joshua Dorkin We have one that looks similar to the picture posted by @Darren Sager ... though we have a storage tank {which is essentially a giant thermos bottle} before our in-line water heater/boiler because we have installed a solar thermal system in the property.
