A Pre-foreclosure listing just means somehow, Zillow/realtor/Trulia or wherever, gets notice (or even just smells) that a property is potentially been giving a foreclosure notice.

Then there is one on the wall to the left of it, which I hate opening since it opens to the patio of my neighbors apartment where she keeps 5 little dogs, so opening it only fills the hot living room with the smell of dog urine.

Adhering to the listing agreement solely, the way most are written, without the neighbor excluded in writing….the agreement will say agent B is owed a commission,…period.But from a practical point of view, with past and future business with developer, the agent will/should likely say…”okay, no harm no foul” since the neighbor has been in contact with the seller for years.
