Wish we would have fully completed each project before moving onto the next.

Brand new to real estate investing and I am looking to complete my first wholesale deal. 

So, I don't want to expand that tool beyond what it is today.1) If anyone out there knows of such a dashboard for a small investor (I have 5 commercial leases and 14 residential), please share the information on where I can buy a template.2) If any of you are interested in working together to develop this tool, I am happy to meet and build a wish list for features that we can divide up the work and complete it faster. 

You have 10 new construction projects complete, but no money for the next three, which indicates you aren't financially responsible or your projects aren't producing enough of a profit to propel you forward.

Instead of selling the home, you could continue to rent it at market prices either to the seller or a new tenant once the initial lease was complete.

I come from Europe too, and I know it can be overwhelming when you look at the real estate market in a new country and with completely different building technics ( sticks instead of bricks), but is not as bad when you have the right team in place. 

My goal is that I want to create $200k in revenue from real estate so that my wife could actually quit her work completely if she wanted.What would you do if you were me and why?

On more than one occasion I’ve talked with a person or two that was offering real estate coaching and I found out very quickly that either it was not what they were advertising or they was not far enough along to be coaching anyone except maybe a complete newbie or maybe it wasn’t the strategy for me.Anyway, that’s my ramble for this morning.

I have them tell me how long a project will take to complete, and then I add buffer days or maybe up to 2 weeks, depending on how long / complex of a project it is and potentially accounting for weather if it is outside work.
