As for the 5 days, the only provision in the code civil is that if the tenant thinks it is excessive, he can take the matter to the regie, execute the work himself and charge you (which in your case would take much longer than 5 days) "Lorsque le locateur n'effectue pas les réparations ou améliorations auxquelles il est tenu, en vertu du bail ou de la loi, le locataire peut s'adresser au tribunal afin d'être autorisé à les exécuter."

Hi @Ale Rioja you have to spend the greater of 750 hours or MORE hours than your W2 job.

A few are retail deals being an agent (which made me more money than the average wholes ale deal) where I also represent other investors simply looking for deals. 

Kat, As you state no contents at the risk you might ask to take that off of your policy so you wont pay for something you can never need.Additional living expenses  ALE cover the same thing as rental income loss reimbursement. 

I think the point to remember is to get your own comps, both ales comps and rental comps to evaluate a price, and not depend on some website to do it for you.
