DC to Boston has flights every hour out of 3 different airports for pretty cheap, so I was able to get there fairly easily, but I didnt have to go there unexpectedly about twice a year to deal with crap.

@Rick BaggenstossI think you are correct but for that area I'm thinking more of the short term leases like you mentioned to professionals in the film industry, companies near the airport, etc. 1, 3, and 6 month fully furnished leases.

Plus it's still only a 30-ish minute drive to Phoenix airport. 

We are currently negotiating on three properties and will hopefully have a couple under contract soon.Also, I have to add...when I left their office to drive back to the airport, my rental car had a flat tire and without even hesitating, both Joel and Scott jumped in and changed my tire in record time (photo attached).

It's part of a trio of cities Hurst-Euless-Bedford (aka...HEB) that are situated along Hwy 183, and are separated from Irving by DFW Airport. 

I'm looking to find some ideas for utilizing about 6000SF of commercial land on a busy commercial street in Portland (near the airport).

my Favorite city to base out of for flyfishing each summer.. and I love flying into that airport in our plane.. the approach is super cool as well as departure.. you kind of have to experience it to understand.what a great place on the planet if your into the out doors.

The new ~660 acres of land picked up by 4-5 big developers in Super North Vegas is like a good HOUR from civilization (aka strip / airport / DTS / any respectable casino...)I just can't imagine the current condos and townhomes out here someday being worth $400k/$600k+ like the major cities out there.

I hear the proximity to the airport, being near Lake Wylie, and less rush hour traffic are the main motivators drawing in the speculative investor.
