I like dividend stocks, index funds and mutual funds  (I like AT&T, Verizon, Pfizer & TQQQ) because they're less volatile and they cash flow.

Given that I can 4.7% on Verizon stock, in perpetuity, I would just say no to anyone advertising 6%.  

Apple, Microsoft, Starbucks, AMD verizon, AirBNB Iron mountain.

As i see this situation, we must not have the same investors buy all the land or houses in an area and that too all on cash payment.It's like Verizon purchase tmobile or At&T swallowing direct TV and not even burp!

Hi David,I would recommend looking at One Talk from Verizon.

Verizon has the best network, IMHO.You can get both Droids/Androids or an iPhone from Verizon, I think it is slightly different from the iPhone that you get from AT&T.A note about Android/Droid just to clarify some confusing issues:Android is an operating system (the software that runs the phone) from Google.

This is a breakeven sale price with a below market rate on what is essentially a subprime loan, you could buy Verizon stock and likely get a better return with way more liquidity and less risk..  

That fee includes everything such as private database, real time water logging, Verizon/T-Mobile cellular monthly service (we pay this so you do not have to have internet in the property) and the automated monthly water billing that goes direct to the tenant.

We called Verizon & they sent us one free but that was 8 years ago.
