I remember when it was taboo or 'conspiracy' to discuss how money was magically created.

I went to counseling (which was a big taboo in my family) and after a couple sessions getting to know each other, my counselor told me, “you could go on medication, but that won’t fix the underlying issue: you’re working outside your calling.”

I can see how it can be put off as a rip off or taboo since most do not understand how permanent life insurance(PLI) works or how it can be utilized in a comprehensive financial plan to protect your assets, increase your liquidity, access to cash, and grow your net worth.

To be blunt, I think there are some scumbags out there who don't operate from an ethical standpoint and in-turn made even the term "wholesale" quite "taboo" to say the least. 

Accurate, fact based forecasting IS important so people can see the fear-porn is unfounded and is what there ever so microscopic fine print says "for entertainment value only". 

That word is taboo amongst the realtor community for the most part and most realtors are old-school and don’t care to understand it.

I could leave it vacant and sell at a later point - but I would prefer to make some profit off of it.Would renting out during the day for filming / porn / etc be safer from a liability standpoint?

Eventually he learned that the hoarder had a massive stash of porn DVDs hidden in a closet and the demolition companies had figured they could profit from selling those off. 

I know the west side is taboo for a lot of folks (for good reason), but I'd say the area around Park AVE (not Park St, lol) going towards and around Genessee Plaza is decent.

The idea of explaining to your family that you needed to sell the house to get out was a social taboo.
