If these are the single pane aluminum awning windows most commonly found in older South Florida homes, you can cut the glass yourself, or have your guy do it.  

Older mobile homes can have PB plumbing and even aluminum wiring which was much less common in stick built homes of the same eras.

Hi everyone,I am looking to invest in a buy and hold (rental property) in the southeastern MA region.

Ripped out an old aluminum awning & enclosure on the back patio.  

Personally, I invest primarily in the Southeastern part of the City of Rochester, NY.  

Our south eastern folks rents are slowly creeping p and we are not huge appreciation markets.
