@Travis Darden I suggest getting with a competent financial planner 401k/ira expert who also knows a little bit about real estate investing.

I'm also hoping to find someone who has personal experience with the financial planner they suggest to confirm their experience and ability.

I'm a very conservative planner though.

@Clay Baxley  city said that i would have to get approval from the city planner to move the driveway and i would have to cut the other tree down on the south side of the driveway. 

You could also call the City Planner and explain what you're trying to do and feel out how they think the Board would respond.
