I ran number multiple times but my estimation seems not great as I am not sure what percentage I should allocate monthly expenses as the recommandation is a range such as 5%~15%.

Can't really argue, places like Indianapolis, Columbus, Dayton, even Chicago (despite the higher Illinois taxes and…all the fun that comes along with Chicago) can pencil if you find the right property.On a different front, though, I ran a survey a week ago asking where people are looking to invest this year.

Some common ones that come to mind in addition to a hot tub are a cedar sauna (gotta lean into that Minnesota sauna culture - check out Cedar and Stone out of Duluth for some really cool sauna ideas), snow shoes or cross country skis, or even just a nice outdoor firepit area with tons of firewood (you could also include complementary s'mores supplies for every reservation).

LOL I ran a profitable construction business for 3 years so I have project management experience.I have worked in the insurance industry in the past so I'm considering going that route.I want to really focus in Real Estate so I'm also considering getting my license so that way I can work in the same industry I'll be investing in.I also have over 12 years of customer service and banking experience.

I only had a real problem 1 time during those 25 years when I ended up with a full house (22 guests) and two of the rooms were from a different culture that stayed up late into the night and ended up annoying the other guests stomping around and making noise.
