the back acreage of my son's new build has a lot of overgrowth that is laced with Poison Oak so we are in the process of getting pygmy goats as they are immune to the effects of the Poison Oak & apparently relish it.Iam told Chickens are next!!!

No compute is immune, but a combination of a more resistant OS and being careful about sites and emails (don't click if you are the least bit suspicious) will keep you out of most trouble.

Dodd Frank only applies to notes originated AFTER that date is inaccurate because it fails to take into account there were numerous laws regulating finance behavior prior to that date including the SAFE Act and a raft of others that have discussed in great detail in this forum.Further, while the servicing law extensions referred to did not go into effect until January, that does not allow a new acquisition (which is what is being proposed) by a servicer of pre January contracts any kind of grandfathered immunity from the legalities that existed at the time of origination.

To any Florida landlords, I am sure you know the over complex and ridiculous procedures you must follow to evict, claim a judgment, claim a writ of garnishment, and have laws that allow someone who owes you money to have virtual immunity from collections using various different methods.I can't do it alone and I'm sure you didn't get into the Real Estate or business of renting to have someone legally steal from you with impunity.

There are those out here who are immune to feeling pain either due to drugs or they are simply not bothered by the low level of pepper spray that civilians are allowed to carry.

This sounds like an issue for the title company insurers to work out.Third, it seems to me that the trustee and beneficiary of the 'first' home equity loan is attempting to create full immunity for foreclosure choices it made prior to the sale.
