Second, you seem to have a very jaded and inaccurate view about what wholesalers do based on the couple of bad experiences you’ve had so I’ll give you the other side of the coin.

Most are non-responsive of somewhat jaded.  

If you took pictures of the place before move-in great, otherwise maybe try to schedule a walk through (with her), hopefully on short notice, and take tons of photos - every room every angle.I'm sorry that you're in this situation and that you are having to learn this this way, I hope it doesn't jade you toward the landlord-tenant relationship.

You certainly don’t come across as jaded. 

Truthfully I’m jaded against college.

So maybe your post shouldnt be directed at investors, but more specifically to buyers, and ones who are jaded because they keep getting outbid by other investors with more money.
