I had a nice conversation with them and approved their booking for Aug 2025.So, it pays to keep an eye out for a repeat booking that looks fake as they could just not be seeing you responses. 

Exactly the reason to have an Architect on your team to join in on these conversations ESPECIALLY in existing renovations in older homes.

CT spots like Bridgeport and New Haven also pop up a lot in conversations about good starter markets.

I have had many conversations with her friends about the differences in our markets and  have recognized for a while now that there may be some mutually beneficial opportunities to work with Canadian investor specifically. 

I have found that the "value add" opportunities, with rent increases, renovations, zoning conversions, and other work needed, absolutely do take up more of your time compared to a more turnkey property - even with third party management overseeing the process. 

Upon starting my research by entering the site in my browser to see if it was legit, low and behold this conversation pop-up!  

I think new builds don't really work from an ROI standpoint, but if you can find properties that have easy ADU conversions then the value might be there.I'm in MA and we just made ADUs legal by right, so I'm looking into the best ways to add value using them.
