Not sure if it’s even worth complaining to the city.I am at wit’s end here and don’t know what else to do?  

It states that the legislative exemption "shall be a matter of right except in the following situations and under the following circumstances, and none other, to wit:(1) where litigation involves emergency relief and irreparable damage;(2) where such attorney has previously been granted continuances for the same case for a period greater than one hundred eighty days; or(3) in a criminal case where the client is incarcerated unless the defendant shall give his written consent to the continuance.The good news is, he's not going to be able to get another continuance down the road. 

i agree ,for most it is the way they spend.i have witness over the years too.sure their are some that are experiencing problems with paying their rent.but most tenants i have to help with payment plans are because the government is behind the 8 ball.for alot of them are mostly having problem getting their unemployment checks and starting the process.took one tenant 3 weeks to just get ahold of a person to activate their claim.this is what the government should be working on.but their are some that just blow you off about payment plans or workouts.them are the ones we should be allowed to evict.have 2 tenants set to receive gov help for full rent,they were just to lazy to go the appt with gov person.lucky was able to evict just intime.my vent is if gov wants to help,get nancy out the beauty salon and back to washington for housing vouchers.and the worst she blames the beauty salon owner.she only wants to open her business like most of the country.you think these gov officials would realize why people are leaving calf before its to late to save their state.

I witnessed several instances where non table funding brokers (approved by the same lender) submitted their loans to other table funding approved brokers. 

My time is WAY too valuable to deal with those types of problems.Chasing cashflow in bad markets is probably one of the main traps new investors fall into--read the forums and you'll find countless stories of new investors buying in C and D areas because "the cashflow was excellent", and within six months they're at their wits end with non-paying tenants, police getting called to the property, property damage, MIA property managers, etc., etc.

When I was younger I witnessed my parents who bought a property with inherited section 8 tenants.

I run Wisconsin Contractor & Handyman Club and based off the stories that I've witnessed, many would've saved a lot of heart ache if they just would've done these simple checks.
