I live close to the Indiana guys so I have visited their company, saw the houses before and after rehab and have talked with the tenants so they are thrilled when I find investors for them and I am comfortable maching the investor to the property because I know it is a good situation.It works for my people!

Their lease is coming due for renewal and I would charge them a flat fee again, in this case only because I am not thrilled with their cleanliness.
