Hi Team,I'm looking for recommendations on the best established and up-and-coming spots to purchase a turnkey rental or buy land and build from scratch in Central and South America.

I may move into the property as well in many years from now so this is the main reason for me purchasing land.

We tried a few and this is where we landed as the best option for us. 

Our place is 28 years old so it is in great shape so it requires less.

I was looking at Kendall and Only Land Fans. 

The lease is now unsecured debt… not a junior lien on the land.

Maybe it's your unit that needs improvement and you can do that over time, while the other units are in better shape so you can lease them at top of market rates from the start. 

I had been looking for a place to park my tiny house and I figured it would be easier to get a loan on a house than on land - not to mention the infrastructure.

Not home owners or land lord policies.

Im located in Phx,Az and its common here to still see empty dirt land in prime areas of city, as an example, my father who knows next to nothing about real estate purchased a 7k sqft gated dirt land  in the city 3yrs ago for $35k cash, was planning to invest in it but it was too much hassle for him so recently he sold it for $140k .What's a good way to find good deals on empty dirt land  in the city or close by, does mls offer this search option.
