Ok, I would still scale back a bit and relax, there's no race going on here.

This might be a higher price point than you are looking for, but compared to Manhattan, much lower-and you could actually use as a get-away when you needed fresh air and relaxing.

They probably have much more relaxed options and more flexibility getting that done for you than a large corp. like WeWork. 

Sounds like Tyler has mastered the knack of knowing the right people and what makes them tick (freedom to work on their own schedule/at own pace, happened to have the month off, fun/relaxed work site, got to listen to loud rock music & have BBQs, they all went to school together, their Moms are friends, they are between jobs, whatever). 

Now Im relaxing with the first chapter of their "10/20 Investment System" book...I think I may go to the bootcamp...

I was planning on liquidating all properties, and relax somewhere abroad at age 41; however, I am very passionate in real estate that I drive for $$$ around downtown San Antonio, TX to check it out. 

Hermosa Beach is a pleasant and relaxing beach community with moderate temperatures year round.
