Yes, the lots are much more expensive in Cape Coral, although, you can sell your end product for a lot more.

Start off with smaller products so you can get better vacancy rates because there more units and your value typically earns 3 or 4 times per what you invest.

@Ron T - you will find that buying homes from builders will get you a new product - but the CAP rates seem to be about 4% and CoC is likely under 10%.
