To get price movement you need forced sellers, who will sell at a discount to current values to avoid foreclosure.  

Some landlords today are raising rents 100% or more as buildings turn over to reach market rates, where landlords have delayed increases, which is devastating to tenants, and helps the rent control movement here.Or, you could perform the increase all at once.  

It's wild here right now, lots of movement going on in the city.

Maybe there will be a larger tiny house movement......who knows lol
