As long as these businesses remain under the radar, most people will ignore them.In my case, I worked out of my home for years as a technical writer (standard desktop computer and laser printer, along with a telephone and high-speed home Internet connection).

Don't expect miracles, but you will start to figure out what you want to do (lots of ways to be successful in RE) I know it may seem almost impossible from where you are now, but you can and WILL do it if you believe in yourself enough and have the drive and energy to stay laser focused. 

I have to regularly check my goals and end game to make sure I am laser focused with my daily routines and tasks to make sure they are moving in the right direction.

We did not ask her to proceed or ask the contractor to estimate the cost of the changes (blowing in insulation in walls and ceilings between units, moving bedroom doorways for height limitations during egress, upgrading the laundry ventilation to stove ventilation, increasing the size of the front door by at least 2 inches, drywalling the entrance hall which has exposed brick and beams). 

Good idea, the spaces are blocked off by support beams however, where 1.5 may not work out the best.

Some say to stay laser focused but the deals arent' falling my way and the birddogging isn't paying any bills, either! 

We did need to replace a supporting beam for another reason and used a house jack for that. 

Everything would need to be gutted and the layout redesigned, floor joists are an issue that need to be corrected, as the floors are sagging and there are cracks in the beams, soup to nuts the house needs it all except for a roof which was recently done and the siding just needs to be patched up.
