My guess is that after you pay the utilities, it's going to eat up much of your perceived cash flow.

Then you would find your new property and your qualified intermediary actually uses your exchange proceeds to take title to the new property in a 3rd party entity called the exchange accommodating title holder (EAT). 

I see a lot of people company online that landlords need to eat the monthly rent lol those same people don't release that landlords depend on that monthly income to pay there bills, utilities and whatever else.
