Can you get away with that, yes, so long as you don't hear a peep out of the homeowner from any notice of foreclosure during any redemption period or as to any limitation they may have.Real estate is rather loosey goosey in many of the terms, not all, but many, however that is not the case in finance or notes as a few words or meanings can effect the outcome and put a lot of money at risk.
