Hello, I am here in Los Angeles county, any websites or do I have to go to court TO GET EVICTION LISTS??. I need the homeowner and property info. I don't care about the Tenant. I am looking to target these homeowners. reply or thanks.

There's still no list that I know of. You'd have to look at all the civil cases after they have become public. It might be possible, but in my courts I'm not sure how I would do it and I think it would be mondo time consuming. But maybe someone out there has people manually looking at the filings and compiling and selling such a list.

If the defendant prevails in a UD case in CA, the case becomes confidential and is no longer part of the index. Those would be great leads.....the one where the landlord lost the case.
