@Jade Davis staying consistent in your marketing, you ability to recognize deals, and not being greedy some deals I cut 1k checks, some I made up to 15k.

I would say that in one instance, I actually became too greedy.

@Javier Lara If trying to purchase investment properties is greedy, then call me Ebenezer Scrooge. 

These people all have paid off homes, and myself being a real estate investor can foresee a fast talker coming in, take over, and the kids will wind up on the streets, especially if they have greedy siblings, and the parents don't have the foresight to handle in the will.
