Washers/dryers and dishwashers tend to go faster, due to abuse and so many more moving parts.

I have hauled multiple pre-hung entry doors, bathtubs, 24" ranges, dishwashers and who knows what else in the back of my Envoy too.

Personal Property: Included in the purchase price are all fixed equipment including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, ceiling fans, drapery hardware, attached lighting fixtures, mailbox, fence, plants and shrubbery as now installed on the property.

Copper is still there but the dishwasher has been pulled away from the wall and a cabinet is damaged (suspect Bidder 2 was rough in his inspection, but kitchen needs demo so this is not a concern.)
