Hi,

Just a quick note to introduce myself to the community.  

I have owned several rental properties over the years and currently own a property management company with 32 units under management.  Joined BP to interact with others in the real estate industry and expand my knowledge and network.  Currently interested in learning more about rehabbing in the Raleigh area.  Goal is to complete one in the next year but need to do a lot more research first.
